Fraud Prevention

Dear Valued Customer,

Thank you for your support and trust in Ai-Lin International Social Enterprise. To protect your rights, please stay alert against fraud.

We will NEVER ask you to provide bank account or credit card information via phone or text message, nor will we ask you to operate an ATM or visit a bank branch.
If you receive a suspicious call or message, stay calm — do not follow instructions or reveal personal data. If in doubt, contact us immediately or call the 165 Anti-Fraud Hotline.

Please pay special attention to the following:
  • Be extra careful if the call begins with “+”, “+2”, “+886”, or unknown international numbers. Fraud groups often impersonate companies, banks, or judicial authorities.
  • Do not click unknown SMS links or LINE links, and do not add strangers as friends.
  • Common scam tactics include “duplicate orders” or “accidental installment payments” tricking you into operating ATMs or online banking. Do not comply.
  • For bank account issues, contact your bank official customer service directly and refuse to provide any data.
For your information security, we also recommend:
  • Change your password regularly; passwords should contain mixed uppercase, lowercase letters, and numbers.
  • Avoid entering account passwords on public computers or unsecured devices.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. Let us work together to protect your financial safety!

With care,
Ai-Lin International Social Enterprise
